What are Brag Bags?
A Brag Bag is a generic term we use for a wide range of purses, bags or other related items that can be personalized with your own photographs and allow you to proudly display your photos for others to see.

What geographic area do you sell in?
Our online ordering system is available for shipments in the United States. Our standard delivery method is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How do I place an order?
The preferred method is to use our secure online ordering system. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal checks or money orders. Our online ordering system will calculate shipping charges and provide you with an order number and automatically email you a detailed order confirmation. If you indicate you will be paying by check or money order, please print the email confirmation, make your payment made to "Brag Ladies", and send your payment and confirmation copy to 3544 W 127th Terrace, Leawood, KS 66209.

How do I get my picture to you for a custom photo bag?
The first step it to complete an order for the custom photo item using our online ordering system. You will receive an order number at the time of your order and also a detailed order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please use this order number as a reference when you send us your printed photographs by regular mail. We can also use your digital photos for our custom bags. Please include your order number as a reference when you email your digital photos to us at linda@bragbags.com. If you are ordering multiple bags or printing two different photos onto one bag, please provide detailed descriptions of the photos and instructions so we can understand your intentions.

Do I need to crop or adjust my photos for a custom photo bag?
Most of the custom photo bags that we offer are designed for horizontal photographs. The better the proportions and quality of the photo you provide us, will result in a clearer image on your bag. The larger the image size is on a bag, the higher the photo resolution needs to be to ensure a good reproduction. We recommend your digital photos be in a .jpg format at 300 dpi. Please try to provide us with print ready pictures, however we can and will provide minor photo cropping to adjust your photos to the size required for the bag you order. If you are wanting us to provide photo editing we can recommend a graphic artist and provide you with a quote for this service.

How long does it take to receive an item once it is ordered?
This varies by item. Please refer to the web page where the item is listed for our normal shipping times. Our custom photo items state the estimated delivery time based on the date we receive your photographs. The delivery time for our custom photo items is our best estimate, but may vary by season and order volume. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Our standard delivery method is by USPS Priority Mail.

Do you offer a way to track my order?
Our standard shipping method is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This method of shipping does not provide for tracking the package while it is in route, but only provides an online confirmation when the package is delivered.

What is your return policy?
Our custom printed photo bags are not returnable. Our photo insert items can be returned with prior authorization. Please call or email for authorization. All return shipments must be pre-paid by the customer and made within 15 days of the original shipment. For your protection, always request a delivery confirmation for any return shipments. Brag Ladies does not give credit for shipping charges.
